My Thoughts:
Dean - Awww. He seemed cool.
Phantom - Meh.

Kyle - He knows quite a bit about coding and website stuff so I guess he's a good fit
Justice - Twelve year old who sold me 48 hour codes that didn't work :-/
Bowser - He's earned it since he's a pretty HQ member. Seen him around a lot in the Xbox market section so I guess he's a good fit.

Since Dean got demoted for inactivity, wouldn't it make sense to also demote McLovin and Factor8?
That's just coming from my point of view.

Phantom shouldn't have been removed in my honest opinion. I agree with the other decisions though, Dean was never online.

Mclovin posts alot when he is on which makes up for the couple days in between imho. Factor8 is probably his time to go.
