ok we have admins, correct they do all the work, Reporting, things with the staff, etc.

I am going to use Hackforums.net/SupportForum.net as a example

they use Admins, Mods, And STAFF.
Staff is for members to "PM" Private message complaints, banning, vacation bans, more.

This is a very important group in the Support side, and is a on very man MANY forums

We already have a staff usergroup. Just no staff members as its not really need quite yet as ForumKorner is still growing.
