Start summoning?

Well I've finally come down to the decision to start summoning or not. I have not done so because I don't like the fact it raises your combat level. So I decided to ask the forum, should I start summoning? Also Will you guys supply some pros and cons about it?

It Doesnt Realy Affect the Combat level becuse it shows like 128(+8)
But It Takes Forever To Get Up.

Summoning is ver useful when you get high. Though charms are a bitch to get. It doesnt matter in Wildy because of the +

you might aswell get summoning it has no affect in wilderness, and its very helpfull for all sorts of things, aswell as the fact if you have collected charms u can easily get 80 summoning in a day

Ya i got 68 summoning, definitely love it. You'd be suprised how helpful a bunyip or war tortoise is when doing just about anything

I don't know what it is about the skill but I've always despised Summoning.
My legit main is level 101, and I have 13 Summoning.

Do it, no drawbacks. Walkin in the wild with a pack yak is pro.

summoning doesnt really affect you like in wildy it only affects you when you actually summon the monster so i guess its not that big of a deal.

If you have really good stats and plan on PKing and winning, I would not raise summoning unless you have at least 1 or 2 99 combat stats. But that's just me.

Summoning is good for making money, at least that's why I started it. At 65 I think for using a Grahhk and crafting nature runes.!

You should get summoning up. It'll help when you are training.

Do it, as Aidan said, there are no drawbacks in getting up Summoning besides taking the time to do so.
