starting a middleman service?

I'm kind of unsure about the middle man thing. I'd love to mm for people but am I allowed to start a service if I'm not highly trusted? I mean everyone starts somewhere. could a mod or a more reputable member tell me if I'm allowed to do this? I'd like to contribute

You can start one if you have low rep, but you may just not get as many MM deals than someone with a higher reputation

get more reputation and deals under your belt, otherwise nobody is going to trust you to middleman

well I'm not really interested in buying any sms or making any deals since I have everything I want. I just want to contribute somehow, got any tips for that?
