Starting own business

I'm starting my own business once I find one more investor, will be like Gamestop but better rates ect (there are hardly any game shops near me)

Anyway, I'm hiring online salesman to keep track/update of ebay listed items and amazon ect, how much do you think they should be paid?

I would be interested in working for you to earn some extra $$$. I love ebay.
