Stealth URL Forwaring

Does anyone here know how to do it?
My current forum's URL is full of vulnerabilities and I want to mask it with another URL.

e.g.:

Site A = 'OldskoolSite'
Site B (URL) = 'KingOldskool'

So I want people to go to Site B's URL, but make so that Site's content shows up.
