I've got a Steam account with which I purchased CS:GO on a couple months ago. I never really got into it because even on the lowest settings my PC couldn't run the game at more than 20-30 FPS, generally on the lower end. The 30-day waiting period to buy and sell items on the Steam marketplace is up, so this account can jump right in. It's unranked so it's really great if you want an account that you can build up and have marketplace access right away and shit.
