Steam Phiser? Where can I get one?

It's hard to title, I need someone to set me up with a download or whatever where when they open it, it will automatically trade me all of their items in their inventory..

Where can I post a buy thread to get one or who should I contact?

I have never heard of that name for it..

Basically, they download a program.. Open it, it will automatically trade/gift you all of their items in their steam inventory..
However, all I need if CS:GO inventory.

this is useless now, every trade has to be confirmed by email. try another way of stealing items
