Well the simple question is how much is your sticky/Advertisements?

I'm going to try and buy some, and I'd like to know how much and maybe get alittle discount as being a vet member (UID got fucked up)

I wouldn't call you a vet member seeing you joined in 2012 not 2011.

I wouldn't really consider you a "vet member" at all tbh. And even if you were, it probably wouldn't get you a discount either way.
But the prices are $20 a week or $40 for a month in The Dashboard, last time I checked. Header and footer advertisements have different prices than stickies.
