Suggest for pinned 'Feedback and Suggestions' threads.

As most of you see, theres always certain suggestions that are repeated over and over, (e.g shoutbox)

I think there should be a sticky of what not to suggest, well the things that are repeated over and over though.

Like @[The Elite] said, they will accept the same suggestions; e.g someone suggests a "Mature" section, he will say no, but if the majority of the forum is 16-18+ it would most likely been implemented.

Not the best example but you get what I mean. A section won't be accepted for reasons such as not enough activity will occur in that section, or it's not needed at the current time.

You really think people will actually read it? You will have the small few who will. As for the effort of making the thread.

It's not hard for The Elite so simply say "No" on the thread.
