Suggestion about GOTW.

I suggest to make this competition every month and not every week.
And I suggest to give competition's winners an award like HackForums.
I found and an icon on iconfinder.

Banner of the month is the same with Graphic of the month. Crayo would tell us every month about graphic's theme. :smile:
