This is from m time on HF and I feel it will happen here so this is a good idea,
Have you ever wanted to give someone negative reputation points but did not because you knew that in return they would give you negative reputation? Kind of stupid if you ask me, you tell someone that they are scamming with legitimate proof but then they are allowed to put "Deal with caution." on your profile. Now if you ask me, this can severely damage a business deal if you are working with large amounts of money. Many members base their trust off reputation, and when you inform people of scammers you get labeled as a scammer. Today, I thought of a way to change that.
What if you could give reputation points anonymously? Of course staff could see who actually had given the reputation, but for public affairs on HackForums it could give people more access to the negative reputations people deserve. You see members with 100s of positive reputation and maybe one negative reputation, if you were to add anonymous reputation you would be allowing the balance and equilibrium of reputations balance out.
