Suggestion for Microsoft!

I put this here because it doesn't say in the rules the suggestion has to be for ForumKorner. Now the reason for this thread I think microsoft should fire all of there employee's and hire us because 99% we know more than who ever we talk to we'd get shit done! As an added bouns we each get our dream tag I think microsoft should step there game up and teach there employee's what exactly they do lol just my thoughts.

Lol... i teach employees a thing or two whenever i contact them about a question it just leads me to teaching them shit -_-

Their employee's are trained to do what they currently do. Firing the employee's wouldn't help at all as the new ones would be trained and told what to do exactly as the current are.

well considering 90% of people on this site and other fourms know more about xbox than employees, so it would be better than current employees.

Yes, that's entirely true, but the issue would be the higher up people, not the employee's. They're required to train the employee's, meaning that they're only doing what they are told to do. If they were trained differently it'd be much better.

Ah, I get it, you're referring to the knowledge of the employee rather than how they handle things?
