Well, on the bar

I think there should be a ' Give Rep ' button instead of having to go on someones profile. Please take into consideration

Just click on the green reputation number (or red if they're in negative) it will take you straight to the page where you give someone reputation.

I know, but as I have a slow computer, and whenever I use the bar, its acts fast. Weird...

There's no need for this..
