[Suggestion] Helpers

I have noticed that there are a lot of things that the staff does not have time to do, so I think the forum should have "Helpers".

They will not have the same permissions as staff, but they will do jobs such as:
- Move Threads
- Grant Missing Awards
- Help With Reported Posts

I don't think they should have the right to:
- Handle Ban Disputes
- Handle Pardon Requests
- Handle Scam Reports

I think this is an awesome Idea.

those three would be great. they're all very HQ.

There isn't one flaw to this idea in my opinion, I'm sure someone else might be able to modify the suggestion to make it better, but overall I agree and I think this should be implemented ASAP.

This is a Moderator, Philly doesn't want any moderators he just wants staff members. Also, only staff with ACP can grant awards, so if you give them that they will just be a staff member. There are too many things that would go wrong with having Moderators again and them not being able to do certain things. If they are to be on the staff team it would be as a staff member.

What do you mean by "Moderators"? Couldn't we just change the permissions of a group so that they couldn't do any harm?

Philly doesn't want Moderators, it is what the forum had before i assume you were around. But there was a problem with what they could and couldn't do. So Philly and Narc just make staff members to delete that cahos. But they can limit what that staff member has access to such as ACP.

I know, but if they put a bit of work into it I'm sure they could figure something out that would make life easier for everyone.
I've noticed people getting very angry about their problems not being sorted out. I believe that this suggestion would take a lot of stress away from staff, and give them more time to deal with important things, such as Scam Reports and Pardon Requests.

There were a lot of Moderators in past, but were removed due to limitations and inactivity. What FK needs is Staff Members around different timezones. Out of the current 6 staff members, 5 are from US. That leaves Michael to do all the work.

I remember back when we had a Staff Team in 2013, myself, @McLovin, @Brenton, @Bowser & @Ocean used to cover the Asian, European and Australian Timezones, while @Philly, @Christy, @Ace, @Gr33d, @Dean winchester, @Kirby & Others used to cover the American timezones. Maybe Staff from different timezones who are active enough are needed.

Just my opinion.

@"Jimmy" made the best way to split up the timezones since a lot are on during US times leaving a lot of time uncovered by staff.

Yeah. European evening and Austrlian noon is pretty much when most staff are off. Given the chance, I'd be more than willing to help out in any way I can.

Well you did say you were on the staff team which means current staff know you can do the job so I'd say you'd be their first pick if they were to add a new team.
Philly's the only one who picks staff though, well from what I heard.

My situation was a bit complicated when I became staff because the qualification I was conpleting was like 2 years worth of study packed into 1 semester so I had no choice but to become inactive. That has changed now however. If Philly requires more assistance I would be more than happy to return and assume the role.

Yeah I agree, I think there should be some staff from the UK, and someone that has the responsibility of replying to Pm's.

No, this will never happen.

Once the new theme comes out a lot of updates will happen, just stay tune.
