[Suggestion] New Section

Hi,

I'm here to just give a suggestion that I have seen bring many intelligent people to a community like this, the new section I'm suggesting is a webmaster section, somewhere for web developer to show their skills off and maybe throw some nice tutorials up for others to use and learn from. I myself am a web designer and I have been working with html,css,javascript, and php for many years and have learned a lot from type of boards such as I've suggested. This might not be something some of you are interested in but some may not know it yet but they might have what it takes to be a web designer and make amazing websites templates and scripts for others to use. So this is just something I thought that should be added. If you would like to support then simply just say you'd like to support this and give a reason why.

At first I thought you were talking about a new forum.. then I realized after I read it. I would suggest changing the title from 'new board" to new section.


Also, there aren't many avid webmasters on this forum...

This is why I'm suggesting this, there may not be many here but there are a ton that have not found a bright community such as this one, and they might never find it if they have no where to put their work.

Aren't we trying to expand? This would help draw a more varied crowd.

Well actually, I don't mind a bit of site scripting once in a while.. I wouldn't label myself as 'Avid' as Mike put it.. Sure. But, I still think it'd be a nice insight to collaborate our ideas and works and whatnot, providing that there's no "Showcasing" as to deviate others to another forum...

It's a good idea and something we can look into for the future. At the moment I am really busy with developing the website and getting the forum skin developer to get his work done correctly.

There may not be many people here that are interested in this, but as I stated before there is a ton of web developers who have no home and are looking.
