[Suggestion] Pardoning Scammers

A few months ago, ForumKorner created a sub-forum specifically for Pardon Requests. In my opinion this was an amazing implementation to the forum but I would have to partially disagree.

In ForumKorner's rules, it states:
All users that have been proven to have scammed are banned permanently.

It clearly states there that scammers are to be permanently banned. Meaning, scammers should not be allowed to make a Pardon Request.

In the rules it also states:
Scam-related bans are permanent. ForumKorner regulates as a no scamming tolerated forum.

By that, I believe banned scammers should not be allowed back.

A leopard never changes it's spots bro. The stress scammers cause is diabolical and managing issues outside the community is stressful enough with out some cocky, arrogant prick who thinks he has the right to just take your shit what you rightfully paid for.

@Rosen nearly forced me to suicide lol, he was trying to make the staff believe I was a scammer, but it was proved false accusations and closed, it's not me with the line through the name, I hate that cheeky twat.

If proven a scammer, you don't get a second chance, your out.

The rules got fucked up by theory that if a scammer returns what has been scammed then they have redeemed themselves.

That's fucking bullshit, if you've scammed before you'll be it again. Hence the phrase "Once a scammer, always a scammer". The only exception is if Staff say in the ban "Pay back what is owed and you'll be unbanned". Technically they're not even following their own protocol. If you've physically stolen something like a GT or a Social Medium by obtaining the password and not giving it back, then you should get fucked and rot in hell. Stay banned.

Another reason to be perma banned so to speak is Phishing accounts that are owned by an FK member, this should not be allowed because I tell you what, many of members who've had Instagrams, Kiks and whatever else you can crack with a password cracker have lost out at some idiots expense because he's a fat lazy prick with no cash and can't buy his own.

"One Family, One Community" is the forum's motto, if you do anything like the above, you're kidding yourself from the get go. If that's your intention, fuck off elsewhere.

Scam = Stay banned, read the rules Staff.

Thank you for the reply @"Chill". I believe this should be dealt with and has to change.

Technically the pardon system is not negating the fact that scammers are banned permanently. The quoted sections of our help documents are simply stating that a user will receive a permanent ban suspension if they are found guilty of scamming. Obviously that is not the case if their pardon request is accepted. While it is very rare that a user is banned permanently for a reason other than scamming, they should not be allowed to request a pardon either because technically their ban is also permanent. Disallowing users that have scammed to make a pardon request could, however, be a good thing. We all know that pardon votes are left up to Staff. Wouldn't that be a pain in the ass if Staff allowed a scammer to slip through the cracks and scam again? I'm a firm believer in second chances, but only under certain circumstances.

Solid suggestion, @"Beats".

Clearly ForumKorner is tolerating scammers if they're allowed to even make a pardon.

I think they should be able to make a pardon request, but ONLY if they have further and new evidence that they did not indeed scam. If they have no evidence, then there is no need to make a pardon.
