I believe that we should make a sub-forum within the "Initiations and Farewells" forum just for farewells. My reasoning why is that when you post a farewell thread in the "Initiations & Farewells" forum, this pops up.
Philly's automatic welcoming shows up in farewell threads. That's why we should have a separate sub-forum just for farewells, so, we don't have to see his automatic welcome post anymore in farewells threads again.
I was also thinking about including a Vacations and Breaks sub-forum, but I didn't think it was necessary to have.
I also think Philly's automatic welcome post isn't necessary, too. Because new members already receive a automatic private message from Philly when they sign up, so, another possible solution to all of this is to stop Philly's automatic welcome post. And then we wouldn't need another sub-forum just for farewells.
Another thing related to the "Initiations & Farewells" forum, I saw one of the rules of the "Initiations & Farewells" forum didn't make sense. Look.
It states that we're only allowed to have one thread in the "Initiations & Farewells" forum. We should at least rephrase it so it makes sense or get rid of this rule entirely, because most people make a introduction thread, farewell thread, and sometimes even a thread about how they're taking a break.
