[Suggestion] Report Profiles

I believe members should be allowed to report members profiles for various reasons which I have listed below, although there is loads more.

1. Offensive username
2. Constant Spamming
3. Report a spam bot
4. Report a known multi

This has come to my mind as it's been an issue today with some other members and I'm sure some of the other members will agree this should be in place.

This would be way overused, you can just PM us.

That's something that should be used on smaller forums. This would cause a lot of spam to the staff. Pm the staff for issues should stay as it is.

I can see your point there but this way staff aren't constantly being sent a PM about it since it would appear in the Mod CP for all staff to see.
Also guidelines could be put in place for abuse of the report system.

Well if once you click the report button and it gives you a warning on misuse leading to say a three month ban, it wouldn't be a bad idea.
