[Suggestion] Split up the Miscellaneous Section

So, as of right now, The Miscellaneous Section contains "Graphics" and "Computing".

The Graphics Section has around 400 threads in total and the Computing has around 380 threads in total.

We could split these up and make 2 different sub sections. New threads can definitely be implemented into the computing section as there is a lot that people can talk about based around the computer/computing talk.

Maybe for the graphics section we could change the request section to a free request and a paid request sub forum as well.

So, lets discuss this and think of ideas we can add to the computing and graphics sections.
