I have a suggestion or a fix for the tagging feature on FK. Whenever you tag someone and you put a period after their username it doesn't tag them.

EX. The person with the worst hairline is @BasedGod.

You need to have a space after their name for it to work. I just find this annoying because whenever I finish a sentence when tagging someone like the example above they don't get mentioned.

EX 2. The best hairline on the site is @OTF .

It's not really a big deal but it could make FK better. It's the little things that count

It's not hard to put quotes around their name. Works fine as is.

Yes, there is a way to make it tag people and then it automatically puts quotes around there name. So I would type @BasedGod, then it would automatically put it as @ "BasedGod". Then, I could put a period after it.
Had to put a space after the @ sign so you could see the quotations. Because you can manually put them and it will let you put a period after it. Like @"this".

it's fine as is; the only thing that should be fixed is that the @ shouldn't show up when you tag someone.

All you have to do is @""Fed"". Put a quote before the name and after...

Ex. @"Fed".

Oh I never knew about the quotes. Nvm this post then but I still think it would make it easier.

You don't need a space after their username. You need to put their name in quotes. It looks much nicer because it is flush with the period at the end, rather than having an ugly space.

It's the difference between

@Realest .
&
@"Realest".

I know you can use quotes but I feel it's much easier just for it to automatically do it instead of use having to use quotes. ya feel?

There's already a way to do this, there's no need to go through the hassle of fixing something that's already there!
