[Suggestion] Theme settings.

What I was thinking would be pretty cool!
What if you could adjust the theme settings to change the colors automatically.
Examples:
1.) Have it dark in the morning and slowly get brighter when it becomes dark outside.
2.) Have it epilepsy style and make your Forumkorner experience a rave.

What would also be cool is if we could have moving backgrounds.
Examples: 
1.) Changes to what weather is outside.
2.) Make your music sync up with Visualisations that move in the background.

I hope this can be implemented.

Just a thought:
People that have Power/Power+ could only be able to have this.

I believe the options are already restricted based on upgrades.
Also, I don't think any of this will be added. Way too much work than it's worth.

I agree with @color on this.

It looks like way too much work to implement although it is a decent idea.
