Suggestion to Fix Referrals

I recently tried referring my friend. While he did join, he couldn't refer me. Apparently there is a glitch where it says something along the lines of "If you were referred to this site by another member, insert their username below" twice. Once where it's supposed to be, and another time in the space where you're supposed to put the username. He also used my referral link which didn't work. It should be a simple glitch in the coding. Please fix it. @Philly

I have come across this before when my step brother was signing up. It should definitely be fixed so I can go for the referral award.
