my suggestion in general details would be a system in which each individual member gets a certain amount of points for contributing something
there can be a point system like: 10 for bad guides or just no points at all and the guide gets deleted ; 20 for decent guides; 30 for good guides...
for giving away rsgp I was thinking obv it could be abused by 2 friends so maybe a random number with random.org and you have to give a mod the gold first to receive your "contribution points"
for where it could go I was thinking it could go under the rep points but instead of being in green/red it could be in blue
and maybe like in HF there can be a system if you get caught trying to just get contribution points that you don't deserve you can get "rep fucked/contribution fucked"
also maybe each 1mil you giveaway would be 10 points or something like that?
