I think that to prevent leechers, links on the forums, and certain sections should only be available to registered members above 10 posts.

10 posts isn't a lot. It should be more like 50.

50 seems like a lot. Maybe 25? If you think about it, we are one of the only members above 15-20 posts, so nobody would be able to see guides and other things, and they might lose motivation.

I guess it shouldn't be an issue for now. But the suggestion was aimed at the dump section. If you don't want someone with a post count of 40 or lower to get it you can just do [member=4] user&pass [/member]. For now you could say, "first person to post gets it".

I get what you are saying, and that's why I said we could have post counts for some sections.

As an anti-leaching measure I'd more likely go with this:

as the spoiler, and other tags you included wouldn't really stop leaching ALL that much.

However those tags will be added soon, and as for the anti-leaching measures; I'll add them when leaching becomes an obvious problem.
