Suggestion: World News

So, I was thinking about this section (world news) and how inactive it was so, I decided to have two suggestions for this subforum.

The first suggestion would be to get rid of the section (world news) as it is pretty inactive. The only people who post a lot is @zeller and soon to me every week. Also, we already have an official Forum Korner News (but if you guys do get rid of it I think @zeller should be on the Forum Korner News (don't know if she is)).

The second suggestion is to have an award for this section for people who post a lot in this section, like marijuana and philosophy and debate (my favorite section by the way). If you guys did have an award I think this section might be a little more active.

Just reply if you support it or not and say why or why not.

No, I think @zeller is doing good with the news considering that I don't watch tv so she keeps me up to date; but it's only my opinion.

I offered @Zeller a spot on the news, but she declined. However, the World News position has opened up. If she wants to do it, I'm all for it.

The 'News' subforum is for forum-related news only, hence why only Staff are permitted to post there. Despite the lack of activity in the World News subforum, I find the reads very interesting and I vote that we should keep the subforum.

Oh in that case I think we should leave it open for @zeller

and I never realized how inactive it was because I had no care and probably a lot of people don't

Zeller does a nice job of throwing up quick news pretty consistently, and I really appreciate it. Although I don't agree with this suggestion, he does deserve something for his dedication, as no one else will do it. As for him being in the FK news, I can't say I'd agree, as he doesn't post that kind of material, nor does he seem interested.

I'm interested in the group. It just I don't have time to send @Leader a PM every Tuesday , since I have sports , and I'm in college. So kinda hard for me. I post when I can and have time!
