As we allow Phishing which is highly illegal, I think we should be allowed torrents.
They're both illegal however if one is allowed, why not the other?

This could bring more users to the site so it's got to be a benefit!

Opinions?

I meant that i don't understand that torrents isn't allowed here since so many other illegal things is on this forum.

The thing is though, phishing runescape accounts and such won't actually have any bad effects because you won't get charged for doing it. I don't think Paypal phishing and stuff like that is allowed, but torrents and warez are questionable. The problem with torrents is people getting infected, and where you got the source from. If you need a torrent so much, then just google it.

Lol? You can actually go to jail for phishing, even if it is RuneScape accounts.
You can get infected from RS hacking...

You can, never said you couldn't, but it is VERY unlikely to go to jail for phishing RS accounts. I know you can get infected from RS hacking too, but was that the topic at hand?

As I remember The Elite saying, we're on an on-shore host, therefore we can't actually allow anything that is illegal. The kind of phishing that happens here isn't fraud etc and it's merely RuneScape phishing, won't get us in trouble at all..
