Suggestion: Deal with Caution - READ SIDE NOTE
Side Note: I know this has been done before on this site but I don't see it anymore. I would like to see it make a comeback.

After seeing 3 people recently payback those who scammed I feel as if they deserve a second chance. Now of course there will be big changes to that person such as a permanent motto and title quoting "Deal with Caution" and a rule that applies as they go first no matter what. Now I know some people dislike this idea but some people truly can change.

Thinking this myself. A lot of active members that really helped out the site have been getting banned. I think the site would be much more active if they were allowed to come back. Give them a second chance, always make them go first, don't let them use paypal or maybe don't let them do deal for a certain amount of time instead of banning them permanently.

I thought the "Deal with Caution" title was already being talked about being re-implemented with members that would be getting un-banned.
