I think there should an active news team that posts current events on and off the website.
They can post current bans or open cases about known users.
They can basically have a personal touch to but I think it would be a great idea to have a little news group.
On my old forum 2 of my friends did this every week with a nice looking thread that said everything that happened in the recent week.
I don't know how this part could be implemented but people could pay like 0.10 koins to view the paper each time and then the news team receives the koins and that would give them the incentive to do it each week or 2.
