when I was recovering my account a few weeks ago, I noticed that all guests can view other account recovery threads, I noticed that a few guests had given recent emails and stuff for the staff to read, I also gave my ip as a guest which could also lead to me getting hit off by kids that are banned.

Probably just leave it like the private inquires section where you can only see and post the threads that you have made, not view every thread that is there.

Not needed for people that don't ever have to recover, but it's needed for a little privacy.

It's not possible for Guests to see their own threads only, except staff. I think the guest posting rule should be replaced by {username}_temp account system. It's much easier that way.
