When a user is banned for what ever reason ex . Scamming , I believe their username ( not account) , to maybe a default system username such as Banned and next to it a note saying their old username maybe , and their current username should be removed, so its avaliable to other users on the site to use , if its a nice username, maybe this could be approved , needs a bit more work .
