Well I've clicked a few titles in the latest threads only to be completely thrown off into a sections I didn't expect.

Is there a way to possibly make it so that it shows maybe last sender and the forum the thread is in?

This feature has been removed, not sure if it'll be returning any time soon. You may want to ask Philly about this.
