Ok so it's against the rules to ban evade right? Well what happens to the kids who aid in helping a ban evader/scammer ban evade? Nothing. I was talking to Philly about this yesterday and it turns out there's no rule for helping someone ban evade. He did say that this should be a rule because if you aid in a ban evader evading, something should be done about it. With a ban evader on the loose, anything can happen: Someone can get scammed, you can be threatened etc. What do you guys think about this? I think you are guilty with association when it comes to something so sensitive as to this. Basically what i'm asking is that if you help a ban evader ban evade, and you knowingly know it's them,you should be banned as well due to guilty by association.

Nothing will happen to them because it's not technically a rule. As of now, you are allowed to help someone ban evade.

Just because a rule doesn't exist doesn't mean that Staff are not allowed to ban by decree. You're not allowed to help ban evade. You can't just mention each and every rule apply common sense at times.

Yes but another member of the staff team (not saying who) was skeptical as to if he is allowed to ban him due to it not being implemented in the rules.

Many people have allowed/supported me to ban-evade, but it wasn't for the scam(s) or taking anyone's personal possession, it was how much I liked the site.

Full respect for this site, but it wouldn't be fair if someone with the highest rep just knew someone (me) ban-evaded and they could get in the trouble for helping someone or just knowing.
