For sectional moderators to be able to see reported posts for their section, because there isn't a lot for them to do.

You could argue that's what Staff+Management is for but, what's the point in having sectional moderators then?

Opinions?

Totally agree with this, other than having to look through every thread, sectional moderators have no way of telling what's going on.

The point in having Sectional Moderators is to run their section. This isn't possible anyway.

If it isn't possible, that means it would have to be hard coded. I guess you could pay someone to code it for you Jonathan.

It is, @[The Elite]

You edit the group so that they can access the Mod CP however it doesn't let them warn/ban etc because you change that permission :)

Also, they can only mark reports in their own section as read.

I've seen it on http://l33ts.org/forum/ where I was Sec. Mod.

No, it's not possible. By giving them access to Mod CP they have IPs and searches, bannings, announcements, all reports and more.

@[Johnathan] you run a section nobody can post on what's the point of being able to see warnings if there's no warnings to post?

You can set it so mods cant ban people
Yes they can see ip's on the recent thing -Forget what its called- But the ip search you can disable mods from seeing that
And yea mods would see all reports witch wouldn't be good

Any way moderating my section is pretty easy and I would say its the most active on the forum I don't really think It would help me that much to access the Modcp
And jonathan your a mod of the E-news there isn't really any one spamming or posting off topic in your section any ways =P

Any way I don't agree with getting a modcp

It would be a good idea if it can be coded.

I'm pretty sure it would've been done by now if it was possible.
