List of suggestions:
1. Start using the "home" page more often, update the latest news and events, get rid of invalid pictures on the home page, and make a thread for us to submit videos that goes down to the latest videos, and please test css if you have time.
2. Combine "premium", "advertise", and "donate" into one page so that we don't seem like hungry money-grabbers.
3. Lessen the amount of forums/subforums then change it in proportion to activity. There are too many forums and categories that just don't get used, making our forums look like a ghost town.
4. Make the Search option appear on every page.
5. Make new content/make contests for new content. I have an idea: a runescape action bar simulator. You know how people have made stat tree customizers for other mmos, what if we made a javascript drag n drop action bar so people can show off their action bar setups?
6. Get rid of premium, replace with R.G. Elite + Sponser. Worked fine before.
7. Find creative ways to advertise. I'm horrible at this, but pls. try. pls.
8. Bring back points or make xp do something.
9. Play more rotmg with me.
10. Fix meet the team link at bottom.
11. I'm premium but still getting advertisements.
