â—¦ 1 tbsp. honey and mustard.

preparation:

Using a cutting board, place the bread slices and cut small squares of it.

Take the fire pan and add the butter, sauté the bread cubes until well toasted and crisp. Reserve.

In a bowl, add lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. Add bread cubes and add the honey mustard on top.

If you want you can add grated parmesan cheese, and is even more exquisite.
