Suspended Twitters

Hey,

New here so sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but I have a question. asked this a few times on forums just wondering if anyone has any insight here.

What exactly happens to suspended twitters? For example I'm after a twitter quite OG and its suspended at the moment and has been for a long time, what will happen to it? Will it become unsuspended then the original user can use it again or does the name become available? What happens if a twitter gets permanently suspended?

I've asked twitter about something similar. They stated that they cannot release inactive / suspended twitters right now, but possibly in the future.

Even if the twitter isn't mine though? I don't own the twitter I tried to take the name a while I go and it was unavailable and when you search the profile it says suspended so I was wondering will the name become available or will the original user eventually get it back?
