There is Philly and four other staff, and most users want to see it implemented by the looks of the poll. I think it still has a chance.

I agree but maybe it could be exclusive only to members of that particular group. The group leader could then remove that person if he/she uses it in a wrong manner. On the other hand, the ability to tag all of the staff could only be permitted in scam reports.
