For example I'm a graphics artist, so if someones looking for a graphic, and another user see's the graphic request thread they can think; maybe RQ hasn't seen this thread and can @ragequit too notify me of the thread!

Thats honestly not too bad of an idea. Right now I am really booked up though. I have my work cutt out for me for a while. So at least for the time being people can just pm you the link to the thread. Or something like that. If I didn't already have so much work lined up I would for sure do it though as its a great idea.
