Wouldnt it be cool if you could write someones FK name and have them get an alert?
I think they should put that in.

I mean like you would have to pick the option to tag someone, so that would solve that.

I don't really care for the alert part of this to be honest. The alerts for quotes are enough for me. I do like what Leak.sx has though, I believe you type [@username] and it links their profile and reflects their username style. I believe that's a custom plug-in though.

I think this should be implemented. Having to link someone's profile is a huge hassle.

this problem could be fixed by using @,/,*,#, etc. so that wouldn't happen often unless people decide to troll.

I think this is a good idea, was actually thinking about this myself earlier. Would use the @ symbol to tag someone, which would then give the tagged user an alert that he had been tagged.

Yay, Instagram on Forumkorner haha.
But i actually like this idea, so when people get tagged in scam reports, they have no other reason not to see it.

Yup, exactly. Also would be good for those who always forget to quote people they are replying to.

This is a good idea. Hopefully though it would be implemented in a way so people wouldn't be abused with tag alerts.
