Taskbar Permanent Removal?

is there any possible way I can permanently remove the taskbar without auto-hide/taskbar eliminator?

End explorer.exe in the process list...
However, it may ultimately make many things buggy as fuck i.e. some folders, not just the taskbar L:

You can run it again through task manager.
