Terrorist attack, what is their goals?

I really don't know what their motives or goal. But i do know that they are hiding behind Islam, which caused the name Islam became bad. Another terrorist attack happens in Norway today. They explode a car bomb also burning camp site full with KIDS, with many casualties reported. May the gate of St. Peter open for peoples who lost their live in Norway.

I don't know what's their goals too but back in my mind I am thinking that these people have nothing to do in life but keep on planning for destruction. So, in my point of view their goal is to kill people and will create chaos in every places. Also, they might lack of attention and they want their face in front of the newspaper and television because for them that's the only to be famous and be knows to the society. I am very sad that there are people who are like them.

Probably there are lot of factors to consider why they do that. Consider their Economical Status, most terrorist countries aren't aided too much by World Bank or the United States of America since there is a history that they bring attacks on the past which made that two institution to not to extend help too much on them. Another Factor would be the Social Status, as speedy said, It could probably lack of attention and they just want to be as famous as that. Another factor would be, they want their own government, well as simple, they didn't want to be ruled by an organization being made by the state, they want to be the kings of their land.

Brutally killing peoples including kids with their bombs and guns just for economy and fame? Why don't those terrorist sell their brain to solve economic problems for their country, i'm sure its valuable enough, coz it's brand new and never been used before!!!

they forcing fear to other, forcing their bad believe and try to make our life suffer. i think they not representing Islam, cause Islam teach us how to be GOOD and forgiveness as human. not pushing something in destructive way.

i think they dont have nothing to do in there real life and then they took like this evil works .so its not good to attack people and killed child or any people .i hate this kind of works.

i just read the news today, and the bomber already confess. and it not related to ISLAM at all. Damn he kill around 98 person. that really cruel for what ever reason of doing this bomb attack. look like this person a psychopath, after his bomb being exploded in Utoeya island. many of survival try to swim away. but he shot them with machine gun. it really crazy to do such thing.

let's play for the casualties. hope GOD will bless their family to be stronger to handle this situation

The terrorist had their goal, to invade the world and ruin our lives or thru this attack they believe that all their sentiments to a government will be listened.

probably has something to do with how they were raised as childs or something im pretty sure they have a plan and they didnt just wake up one morning and decide to kill people there has to be a motive behind it. unless they just hate humankind

Their goal is to extort money from the government. They will destruct a city if the government will not pay ransom to them. It's just like Kidnapping, kidanappers kidnapped people with money to extort.

Terrorism is one hell of a extortionist. Only money makes their world revolve.

I think, it depends on who is doing the deeds. But I believe that, mostly, these attacks are religious-base or ideology-base. They kill in the name of their religion which, for me, is not accurate. I don't think, there is one religion which really wants to terrorize or kill people.

there has been a serial bomb blast here in Delhi too recently.and there is no reason behind but terrorism.they have always been targeting India from decade causing many more death.i wonder why most of the terrorist call themselves as jehadi and hide behind name of Islam.i don't think Islam preaches these things.to become a threat to humanity?

i think they are not having any goal only they are killing people they are doing evil works please avoid that

You are right that these kind of people are hiding behind Islam. Because it has been rampant that when you find people a Muslim, then you can easily judge that they are terrorist.

Generalising in such a manner is not seen as being objective, yet we find that the Western world is foremost in propagating this outlook on Islam. So what is the reality of Islam? How does one dispel the myths which have been created and spread so viciously? The only way to examine Islam is to simply examine its belief system. Look at its sources, the Qur'an and Sunna, and see what they have to say. This is the way to find the truth about what Islam says about terror, terrorism and terrorists. Terrorist are actually a group of people where they are not satisfied by government rules and they tend to be violent when they did not get what they want.When they cant afford to make it by having meeting and express their feelings, they tend to choose violent way and hurting many innocent people out there. They just know how to destroy as they have threatened government with their act.

It is their nature. Plain and simple.

These acts suggest only that they are up to tell the world that they are capable of plotting destruction to people. Maybe they wanted something that they can't get and the way to get back for not getting what they wanted is spreading terrorism globally. But at any rate evil acts would not win against good.

maybe they just want to prove that they do exist and that they are also part of the government. and they do terrorism attack because they are against with the government and the leaders. still, what they are doing are not for humanity..

what d hecks are these terrorist doing by posing so much threats to mankind and innocent people. And I know dat mostly terrorist always hide behind Islam and called their motives as Jihad.
