1 lime, juice and zest
1 stalk lemongrass
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 / 4 cup fresh cilantro, leaves and branches
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender power.
