You really should. Make sure you watch it from the start.

@yui the earth becomes extinct after nuclear warfare and only a few humans survive and are living on an ark. No, not the bibles ark. A massive spaceship. So they send a bunch of people to the earth, (offenders) and eventually they find out more and more about the earth, they meet new enemies, make allies. Etc. Well worth the watch, at first it's not great. But now I'm intrigued.

At first it was pretty boring, but when they got to the earth it really took off.
