So I went to see this because everyone was raving about it saying how good it was, and in my opinion it was shit, went for so long, wasn't much hype or anything, no glorified killing.

Anyone else seen it?
 
I went to go see it yesterday for the same reason. Everyone has been blowing up about it. However, while I was in line to buy my ticket, I decided to watch American Reunion. My childhood ending.

Was going to watch it because apparently its "SAAHHH GAWWWWD" but I just couldnt bring myself to watch some piece of shit knowing that American pie : reunion is showing.

It was iffy.. Expected good action.. Not 3, 5 minute action scenes in 2.5 hours. So I did find it disappointing

Can't stand those type of movies. They are usually shit as fuck. I wish some mudafucka would produce a epic war movie like 300.
 
Hunger Games was really good. There were enough fighting scenes, I'm glad to see the book come to life, so it met expectations. Idk wtf people are complaining about. However, some camera work was a little shaky. But that can be overlooked. ;)
 
Read the books before seeing the movie; you'll appreciate it much more.
There were few things that differed from the storyline of the book which is rare in a movie cover nowadays...
I thought it was brilliant and the only thing I didn't like was the way the parachutes 'blipped' in the arena in the movie. Like seriously, that's asking for a death sentence haha.
