They think it is cool to wear "ghetto" and "black" clothes (not trying to be racist that is what they say), they can't get into a fight, they call each others the N word, and they think everything they own is worth $1000. I grew up getting hit and yelled at by my mom if I did something bad or disrespected an elder. But now parents let their kids do whatever they want and just get those children out of trouble and letting them do it again.

Agreed. I've been at both ends of the spectrum. Prefer having a structured household, rather than running it. I was a little shit up until junior year. Did what I wanted, didn't go to school (with reason though, I moved for a semester to a school I hated more than anything), failed every single class. Now I've caught up, made everyone actually proud, and graduate on the 29th. It's helpful to be disciplined, even if my brother in law annoys the piss out of me on a regular basis.

Also, OP, I agree. Kids are shitheads, but then again, we always have been, that's just the way it goes.
