You must have a dummy paypal and a real paypal.
Send the money to ur dummy paypal. Then u can spend it from ur dummy paypal and a little while after u spend it, go on ur real paypal and file a dispute against the dummy paypal for ur money back. Therefore u have spent the money and u will be getting ur money back in 10 days or less.
I dont think he should be selling this method because its not guarenteed and u might get in trouble for it.
I did not steal this from anyone else. I found this out because I had sent my friend money to his e-whore account as a loan and he couldnt pay me back so we agreed that I can dispute after he spent it. Worked out perfectly.
