Ok, so I didn't like the first movie too much, the concept was amazing but the movie was not. This one looks absolutely sick. In my personal opinion, it looks like what the first movie was supposed to be, violent and outside.

Compared to the first movie, it already looks better. Instead of focusing on a plot (which sucked) they're focusing more on the actual purge and what happens outside.
If you haven't seen the first movie, I'd recommend just waiting for this one, it was set inside a house with the cheesiest ending and it was too predictable from the start of the movie.

I saw the first movie, it wasn't the greatest but I liked it. This one looks amazing. I'm glad to see they are changing the perspective from staying inside to actually roaming the streets. I cant wait for this to be released.

I was satisfied with the results of the original "The Purge" movie, however this sequel looks amazing. I will definitely be watching this; the sooner the better!

The first movie was terribly done, despite it's great potential and story line.

Hopefully this one won't be overly disappointing. I remain a skeptic until I see.

I agree. The first one felt so private. This one seems like its more open and has more action. Can't wait...
