The staff sucks + rant

Yea, the staff sucks. I report so many spam posts and offtopic post, posts that are in the wrong section yet nothing ever seems to be done about anything.

Another thing, I have not seen one staff member post all day, the whole staff team is inactive and should all be demoted.

This forums is dieing because nobody creates new content, none of the members are doing it and none of the staff are doing it, nobody has anything to reply to so nobody bothers to stay on.

If the staff actually gave two shits about the future of this forums, they would be out there making new threads and such.

The whole staff team sucks,

I don't really think it is necessary for all staff members to post on the forums. It may not be needed for the job they do.

Just wondering, who are all the staff?

I think all that I know is:
-Glen
-Mike
-Oxide (somehow almost forgot him)
-Slack3r
-I think there is a Michael...
-Oh yea, and I think there is a bot that emails you automatically named RAF.

RAF was the old owner, and I don't even know who the staff is as they never post. There is ninja, oxide, see if they actually posted I would know.

RAF is the previous owner.

Staff are active. Take a minute and go to their profiles and you'll see they log in at LEAST once a day. Posting doesn't determine if you are active or not.

Staff aren't what make the community grow, it's the members. To be honest there is only one member doing their part on trying to make the community grow and that's DC. He's referred quite a few people. So if you want the community to grow, do something about it instead of complaining. Just sayin.

People just complaining about the forum and stuff...
But one thing I've to agree is that the staff should post a little bit more.

I create posts that people respond to.
Take a look at my threads, I create things asking people questions so when they read it, it makes them want to respond.

Most of my topics end in a question mark and I made atleast one of these per day to spark a discussion.

Im really busy with my LoL team at the moment and college work, however all reported posts are dealt with in a timely manner at the discresction of the staff member that handled them, I'm also working on another project that might be revealed soon.

Although there's a sufficient amount of staff members for the current active amount of members here, if all these reports are being sent it, why not designate a selective member or current moderator to just take on the roll of checking through the reports made?

I like that Idea, just hire a staff member whose job it is to check reported posts and deal with them accordingly ^^

The only time reported posts were done quickly is when there was a new staff member. They pretty much were the gopher.

When dyker, carbon, angelo, and mike were all staff, that shit was fun.

Yep. I really miss those days on the Forum. There was a lot of cool people and no one flamed each other like 11 year old babies as bad as these members do. .............And The Elite actually did things.
