4. Too many categories.
5. You need to change your forum name to your actual forum name.

If you need help, I charge 5 bucks an hour. 10 bucks an hour for custom theme making.

Right now via your general configuration settings you have it set as "forum" instead of your actual forum name.

I dont know why he was banned I think it had to do with scamming but I am not sure.
